How a project runs

  1. 1

    Design

A discovery workshop, user flows and a clickable prototype. We agree what success looks like before any code.

  2. 2

    Build

Production code shipped every week, so you test working software, not slides.

  3. 3

    Launch

Payments, SMS and M-Pesa get tested end to end before real money moves.

  4. 4

    Run

Monitoring, alerts and support, so the system stays up when customers need it.

  5. 5

    Trim

Performance and cost tuning, so your cloud bill follows your traffic.

Questions people ask before hiring us

What does Cloud360 do?

Cloud360 is a software studio in Nairobi, Kenya, that designs, builds, runs and cost-optimizes digital products: web apps, mobile apps, fintech and M-Pesa payment systems, cloud infrastructure on GCP, AWS, DigitalOcean and Azure, and AI integration, automation and staff training for SMEs, founders and product teams across Africa.

How much does it cost to build an app in Kenya?

It depends on scope. A focused MVP usually costs far less than a full platform, and we fix the scope and price after a free discovery call. You get a written estimate, broken into milestones, before any work starts.

Can you integrate M-Pesa into my website or app?

Yes. We integrate M-Pesa through Safaricom Daraja (STK Push, C2B, B2C and transaction status) and Airtel Money. We have run real-money deposits, payouts and reconciliation in production on platforms like Tucheze and myTickets.africa.

How long does it take to build an MVP?

Most MVPs ship in 4 to 12 weeks, depending on features and integrations. We release in weekly increments so you can test with real users early.

Can you reduce my cloud hosting costs?

Yes. We audit your infrastructure and migrate or right-size it. In one engagement we moved production from Google Cloud at about $200 a week (about $867 a month) to DigitalOcean at $50–57 a month. That is roughly a 93% saving.

Which cloud providers do you deploy to?

We deploy and run production systems on Google Cloud (GCP), AWS, DigitalOcean and Microsoft Azure. We set up containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD and monitoring, migrate between clouds, and right-size infrastructure so the bill matches real traffic.

Can you help my business use AI?

Yes. We find the tasks where AI saves real time, then build it in: assistants that answer from your own documents, AI features inside your app, and automated workflows where AI reads and drafts while a person approves. We keep your data private and track the hours saved.

Do you train staff to use AI?

Yes. We run hands-on workshops by role, covering writing, research, analysis, customer support and coding. Each team leaves with prompt playbooks for its own workflows and a clear policy on what data can go into AI tools, so the whole business becomes AI-native.

Do you work with product designers and agencies?

Yes. Product designers and agencies hire us as their engineering partner: you own the design, and we turn it into production web or mobile apps with pixel-accurate handoff.

Do you work with clients outside Kenya?

Yes. We are based in Nairobi and work remotely with clients across Africa and worldwide, using async updates and weekly demos.
